We currently ship across Canada and Mainland United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, military addresses, and P.O. Boxes).

 

🚛 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping over $59 (Ontario) and $99 (Canada & U.S.)
  • Flat rate $9.99 otherwise.
  • No additional duties or tariffs for U.S. orders.

 

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase
  • Personalized items may require an additional ~1 week to prepare
  • During long weekends or holidays, processing time begins on the next business day

 

⏳ Peak Time Delay

During holidays and peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience 💛

 

📬 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other Canadian provinces: 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch

We prepare every bundle with care so it’s ready for your special moments 💛

  • Zip bag bundles are packed individually and ready to use
  • Paper bags and boxes are shipped flat to prevent damage during transit

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or has not arrived, please contact us — we’re happy to help and work with the courier to resolve the issue 💛

Please note if a package is marked as delivered with proof from the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
