🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer free returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. All orders are carefully inspected and packed to minimize any damage during transit 💛

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos of the item(s). We will review the issue and are happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note: requests submitted after 3 days may not be accepted.

 

⚠️ Product Condition Disclaimer

Many of our items are affordable, small novelty toys and accessories.
Minor imperfections such as small black dots, slight surface marks, or minor cosmetic variations etc. are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

 

✏️ Order Changes

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We start processing orders quickly so your package can arrive sooner, which means changes are not always guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make further changes.

Please note for personalized items, we’re happy to update names or custom text if production has not started yet. Once the item has entered production, we’re unable to make further changes. If you’d like to change the design or details after production has started, a new order will be required.

• If we make an error during production, we’ll be happy to remake and resend your item.
• If the mistake comes from the information provided at checkout, a new order will be required.
